Faraday Cage - 66-FR001 Shielding electrical currents

Ideal for:

Low current experiments < 1 ľA

Faraday Cage Closed

Faraday Cage Open-Electrode Kit not included.

Introduction:

The Model 66-FR001 Faraday Shield Case is a ruggedly constructed stainless steel cabinet designed to enclose your cell and electrodes. When connected to the potentiostat ground terminal, the Faraday case forms an extended electrical shield, reducing induced noise currents in the electrochemical cell from nearby electromagnetic field sources in the laboratory. The shield case is recommended for experiments in which current measurements are to be made routinely at levels below < 1 ľA. The Faraday case measures 30.5 cm W x 30.5 cm H x 30.5 cm D. Adequate space is provided for a magnetic stirrer. Convenient access holes on each side and an adjustable back panel allow tubing or other cables to pass into the case.

Features:

Maximized shielding with easy cable access
Adjustable and flexible access entries (see ->) on both sides and the back panel
Compact size
