Pulse Damper - remove signal oscillations

For maximum data integrity the Pulse Damper is designed to remove signal oscillations of the pump pulsations from either peristaltic or piston pumps.

Figure 1. Without pulse the damper, the current oscillates (peaks) due to the pump pulsation and hence, changes in the flow velocity.

Figure 2. With the pulse damper in-line, the current response is constant as expected for a constant 2 mM Fe+² in the flow stream.
