Ideal for:![]() The 66-OMNI101 is a very versatile and user-friendly potentiostat, making it ideal for teaching and research. The experimental parameters can be easily set with push buttons and controlled via an on-board microprocessor. An internal waveform generator produces an analog triangle wave (not digital staircase) for cyclic voltammetry. With a preset potential limit, you can initiate a potential step experiments (chronoamperometry) with a push button. Its low noise, high sensitivity and stability makes it an excellent instrument for LCEC and FIA applications. The 66-Omni101 potentiostat LED meter displays the parameters/settings as you set up an experiment. During operation, you can follow the value of the cell potential or current with the meter. The front panel also has connectors if you wish to use an external device to monitor the cell potential or current. A connector is also provided so that you can use an external source for any other input waveform. The RS-232 port for data acquisition is located on the back panel of the potentiostat. The 66-Omni101 potentiostat is AC powered. 66-Acquire101 software package is provided so that you can use a computer to collect experimental data in the place of a XY or XYT recorder. The package includes the installation software and the RS-232 cable. No additional interface board is required - only a serial port connector is needed on your computer. A USB converter/connector can be provided as an option. Ask for details. |
